 I am a dedicated 16-year-old Canadian with a passion for motorsports,  driven by a lifelong ambition to become a professional race car driver.  My journey in racing began at the age of 7 with karting, and since then,  I have been relentlessly pursuing excellence in the sport. My  commitment to racing has afforded me the opportunity to train and  compete at various prestigious tracks across Canada, the United States  and Europe.

I have dedicated countless hours to honing my skills  and pushing myself to reach new heights. Each experience has been  instrumental in honing my skills, enhancing my strategic understanding,  and building the resilience necessary for professional racing.

When  I’m not on the track, you can find me studying the tracks and  perfecting my driving techniques on a simulator, or enjoying downtime  with my friends and family. I am driven by my ambition to succeed and my  goal of one day competing at the highest level of motorsport. With hard  work, determination, and a love for the sport, I am confident that I  will make my mark in the racing world. Thank you for taking the time to  learn more about me.! 

Luca Day, an open-wheel rookie, has made a strong impression in his  karting career over the past four years, competing with Ben Cooper Racing and Parolin Canada’s Karting Bandits.

In early 2024, Day began testing with USF Juniors before heading to  France to train under the guidance of Jacques Villeneuve at the  prestigious FEED Racing program. His transition to Formula 4 marks an  exciting new chapter in his racing career.

“After over a dozen days of testing on various tracks in 2024, I met  Leo [Colman] from LC Racing and felt an immediate synergy,” said Day.  “I’m excited about the team dynamics and how competitive we’ll be  together in the 2025 JS F4 Series.”

Leo Colman, Team Owner of LC Racing, shared his enthusiasm for Day’s  arrival: “Luca is an incredible talent with a passion for racing and an  outstanding work ethic. Working with him during testing has been a  fantastic experience, and I’m eager to see him on track as we kick off  the championship in March in New Orleans.”

2024 marked a major step in Max’s career as he transitioned to open-wheel racing with LC Racing Academy in the Formula Fara F4 Series. At just 12 years old, he competed against seasoned drivers and finished 10th in the championship standings. 

Throughout the season, he demonstrated resilience with two top-5 finishes and several strong top-10 performances, overcoming challenges and mechanical setbacks along the way.

Max’s  development extends beyond race weekends—he continuously refines his  skills through rigorous testing, simulator work, and physical training.  His recent testing in USF Juniors has shown impressive results, including multiple top-3 performances and session-leading times.

"Every race is an opportunity to grow, learn, and push myself further," says Max. "My goal is to keep improving, take on bigger challenges, and compete at the highest levels of motorsports."

As  Max continues his racing journey, he remains focused on his long-term  goal: progressing through the ranks of formula racing and competing on  the world stage.
